Paid-Install Guarantee Terms

1. The locked public promise

ready-to-buy prospects starting your application or checkout — no sales calls — in 45 days

This guarantee applies only to an accepted Done-For-You installation under a separate signed agreement. It does not apply to Solvoure's free material or a self-install product.

2. What is measured

The recorded default metric is five unique, ICP-fit prospects who take a buying-intent action by starting the client's application or checkout without a sales call by day 45.

The measurement uses an agreed day-0 baseline, weekly evidence, the installed tracking record, and the definitions in the signed agreement. A prospect, application start, checkout start, duplicate, test record, and excluded event must be classified under that agreement.

3. Recorded client inputs

The current guarantee record requires the client to meet the agreed acceptance baseline and the recorded operating inputs:

an acceptance baseline of at least 1,000 followers, a 500-person list, or an agreed advertising budget;
at least five calls to action each week;
at least twenty direct messages each weekday; and
no unagreed change to the offer or price during the measurement period.

Human approvals, account access, source material, platform permissions, and other agreed inputs in the signed agreement must also be supplied on time.

4. Capped remedy

The first $4,000 is not refundable under this guarantee. If the day-45 metric is missed while the agreed client inputs are met, Solvoure continues the work for 30 additional days without an added service charge.

If the metric remains unmet at day 75 under the signed conditions, the client does not owe the final $2,000 and keeps the installed system. The guarantee does not create a full refund, an uncapped reversal, or a remedy beyond the separate agreement.

5. Agreement and evidence control

The signed Done-For-You agreement controls eligibility, exclusions, evidence, disputes, client nonperformance, third-party outages, and the final remedy. No shorthand statement expands the locked promise or its capped remedy.
