Privacy Notice

Effective date: 20 August 2026

What Solvoure collects through this site, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Who controls your information

SOLVOURE, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a Portuguese single-shareholder company, NIPC 519 569 733, with its registered office in Calheta, Madeira, Portugal, is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Our full registered-office address appears in the website Legal Notice.

Our registered office is at Caminho Lombo Atouguia, 234, 9370-753 Calheta, Ilha da Madeira, Portugal.

For any privacy request, email vic@solvoure.com.

2. What the site collects

SurfaceInformationWhat happens
The Client Engine ScorecardName, email, the eight answers, the derived scores, segment and bottleneck, and, where you tick it, your marketing choice with the wording you were shown and the time you made itThe site stores the capture in its durable capture store, sends the same fields to Go High Level (LeadConnector), and temporarily keeps the lead and send state in your browser session so the result can carry the right details.
Free OS gateEmail address, and your marketing choice with the wording you were shown and the time you made itThe site stores the capture in its durable capture store, sends the same fields to Go High Level, and then sets a signed functional access cookie. Your browser also keeps a local access flag.
Starter Kit gateFirst name, email, selected interest, the page variant you arrived through, and your marketing choice with the wording you were shown and the time you made itThe site stores the capture in its durable capture store, sends the same fields to Go High Level, and sets a signed functional download cookie.
Demo page signup, at /product-demo (formerly /free-training) and at /start. New collection on these pages is currently pausedFirst name, email, and your marketing choice with the wording you were shown and the time you made itThe site stores the capture in its durable capture store and sends the same fields to Go High Level so the training and related email can be delivered.
Application formFirst name, email, the eight application answers, the scores derived from them, your consent, any optional note, and, where you tick it, your marketing choice with the wording you were shown and the time you made itThe application is stored in the site’s durable capture store and sent to Go High Level, including your optional note. A qualified application also receives a typed review record with a 90 day time to live and a recorded expiry; other submissions are counted without this second review record. To request removal, email vic@solvoure.com.

Three further site functions were audited on 20 August 2026 by requesting each one on this site and recording what it returned.

  • Concierge. Not live. The endpoint reports that the concierge is not available, and the surface is not built into the published site. It receives no information.
  • Support intake, queue and escalation. Not live. These endpoints report an unconfigured status, so no support record is created, stored or escalated.
  • Comment funnel, with an Instagram webhook. This function is not reachable from this website and collects nothing from visitors here. It can receive information only from Instagram, and only for an Instagram account connected to it. When it is connected, it receives the Instagram account identifier of a person who comments on one of our posts, together with the comment reference, and it stores them in the site’s durable capture store so that a reply can be sent and reconciled. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who ask us for something in public. Its configuration is not disclosed to an unauthenticated request, so this notice declares the function rather than relying on it being switched off.

If any of these begins operating, it is added to the table above before it does.

3. Technical information and browser storage

The capture service derives a short-lived, keyed token from the request IP address for rate limiting. The token is produced with a keyed hash under a secret held only on the server and rotates automatically, so it cannot be turned back into an IP address by anyone who obtains the stored value. Vercel also receives ordinary request information when it serves the site and its functions.

The site uses browser session storage to carry scorecard details to the result. It uses local storage for the selected visual theme and for the local OS access display state.

Page-view analytics are switched off. While a data-protection step is completed, the site runs no analytics or measurement script of any kind, and no page-view information is collected. When analytics return, they will be Vercel Web Analytics, which records the page visited and ordinary request information, sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not build a profile of you across sites. This notice will say so before that happens.

4. Cookies

The site currently uses two signed, first-party functional cookies:

  • os_gate, which remembers OS access for about 90 days; and
  • starter_kit_gate, which permits the Starter Kit download for about 7 days.

Both cookies are marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. They hold a version or expiry value and a signature. They do not hold your name or email and are not used to track you across other sites.

We found no analytics or advertising cookies in the current site source. Under the current strictly functional posture, no cookie banner is staged. If analytics, advertising technology, or a non-essential cookie is added, the privacy inventory and consent mechanism must be reviewed before that code is released.

5. Why the information is used and our legal bases

We use information to deliver the score, free material, training, or application response you request; to protect the capture service; and to keep required business records.

Where a form says that occasional updates or build notes will follow, those messages are sent on the consent stated beside that form. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Application review is based on requested pre-contract steps and our legitimate interests, not on a mandatory consent. Marketing consent is separate from it.

How application routing works

We may use application answers to score or route the next step. This routing is not intended to make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. You can request human review by contacting vic@solvoure.com.

6. Who receives information

  • Go High Level (LeadConnector), for contact records, forms, messaging, and follow-up;
  • Upstash, for the site’s durable capture and reconciliation records;
  • Vercel, for site hosting, server functions, and page-view analytics; and
  • Google, because your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads.

The Checkout Seller

If you purchase, the transaction is handled by the Checkout Seller identified in your Order Summary and payment confirmation. That seller processes payment, fraud, platform, tax and related information for its own purposes under its own privacy notice, and may share order information with us so we can supply the Package. Depending on the function, it may act as an independent controller or as a processor. We do not receive full card details.

No checkout is currently live on this site, so no Checkout Seller is processing information about you today. The Checkout Seller is a merchant-of-record platform, and it is named on this page, with a link to its own privacy notice, before any checkout opens.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Retention and transfers

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and security duties.

The table below states what the site does today, not what it intends to do. Where a period is marked proposed, it has been put to our legal adviser and is not yet confirmed, and we do not delete on it until it is.

Record classPeriod applied today
Application review record90 days, applied automatically at the time of writing, with a recorded expiry
Application captures90 days where the application is not a fit on our own scoring, 180 days where it is, applied automatically at the time of writing. Where that scoring is missing or unreadable we apply the longer period, so an unclear record is never deleted early
Scorecard, free OS gate, Starter Kit gate and demo page (formerly free training) capturesKept until you ask us to delete them. A 180 day rule is proposed for these and is not switched on, because our legal adviser has not yet confirmed it
Functional cookiesos_gate about 90 days, starter_kit_gate about 7 days
Tax and accounting recordsThe statutory Portuguese retention period

Records written before these rules were switched on do not carry an automatic expiry. We have run a one time sweep that deletes those older records once they are past the period above. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing vic@solvoure.com, and we act on that request whether or not an automatic rule is running.

Providers may process information outside your country. Where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we use the safeguard applicable to that provider and transfer.

Safeguard verification is in progress. We are recording, for each provider named above and its subprocessors, where information is processed and which transfer safeguard our contract with that provider actually names. Until that record is complete we do not state a specific safeguard for a specific provider here, because a provider’s own certification is not by itself the transfer tool our contract with it names. Email vic@solvoure.com for the current position on any provider above.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email vic@solvoure.com to make a request.

You may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt, or another competent supervisory authority.

9. Changes

The effective date above identifies the current version. We will update this notice when the site’s collection, storage, recipient, or cookie posture changes.
