22. Statutory withdrawal information for EU/EEA Consumers
This Part explains statutory rights only. The selected 30-day guarantee in Part III may be more favourable and does not replace these rights.
22.1 General period. If you are an EU/EEA Consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For the digital content, the period generally begins when the contract is concluded. For an included digital-service component, the applicable starting rule under mandatory law applies.
22.2 How to withdraw. Before the period expires, use the online withdrawal function at https://solvoure.com/withdrawal, email vic@solvoure.com, send the model form below, or make any other clear statement identifying you, the order and your decision to withdraw. It is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline.
22.3 Immediate acknowledgement. If you use the online function, we will send an acknowledgement on a durable medium without undue delay, containing your withdrawal statement and its date and time. We also acknowledge email requests promptly.
22.4 Refund. Where withdrawal applies, the Checkout Seller will refund all payments due under mandatory law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. The refund uses the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not incur a fee.
22.5 After withdrawal. After valid withdrawal or termination of the digital-content contract, stop using the Package and do not share it. Delete controlled copies where mandatory law requires. We may disable download and Updates access.
23. Digital content supplied during the withdrawal period
23.1 Separate choice. We do not begin the non-tangible digital-content supply during the 14-day period unless you separately and expressly consent to early supply and acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once the download or access begins.
23.2 Required confirmation. We confirm the contract, this consent and your acknowledgement on a durable medium. If the legally required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, mandatory law controls and you do not bear a charge merely because digital supply began.
23.3 Effect. After valid early-supply consent and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right for the supplied digital content ends when performance begins. The voluntary 30-day guarantee and statutory conformity remedies remain available according to their own rules.
23.4 No pre-ticked control. The early-supply control must be unticked by default, separate from acceptance of the Terms and recorded independently. Access should not be released if the required choice is not captured; instead, supply may wait until the statutory period expires.
24. Updates started during the withdrawal period
24.1 Express request. If Updates are treated as a service and are to begin during the withdrawal period, we obtain a separate express request before they begin.
24.2 Withdrawal consequence. If you withdraw from a service component after requesting early commencement, mandatory law may permit a proportionate charge for service actually supplied before withdrawal. No charge applies where the required request or information is missing. Where the selected 30-day guarantee promises a full refund, that more favourable promise applies according to its terms.
25. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
