A manual transcript review
Read one finished conversation from beginning to end after removing personal details. Mark the moment the buyer became clearer, less certain, or disengaged, then write one change to test in a future conversation. The detailed grading standard and conversation model are not part of this public entry.

The miss you can’t see from inside the chat
You sold well in some conversations and badly in others, and if you’re honest you can’t fully say which was which. That’s not a discipline problem. It’s a vantage problem. The seller is inside the thread, answering one message at a time, deciding the next reply before the last one has fully landed. From in there, the conversation that drifted into “let me know” felt like patience, and the pitch you led with felt like confidence. The misses are invisible precisely because you were the one making them.
The review changes the vantage. You read the whole finished chat at once, from outside it, and mark where the buyer’s response changed. The purpose is not to assign a score. It is to identify one repeated moment worth testing in a future conversation.
Transcript privacy rail
Do not paste a raw sales transcript into a review tool. Remove names, handles, email addresses, phone numbers, links, payment details, company identifiers, and any client detail that is not needed for the review. Get permission when the conversation belongs to a client or team member. Keep the redacted copy only as long as the review requires.
If removing those details leaves too little context to review safely, do not share the transcript. Review it locally by hand instead.
Where the review stops
This entry covers a manual retrospective only. It does not publish the grading standard, the conversation model, or an automated scoring design. Any finding remains a hypothesis until the same pattern appears across several finished conversations and a human confirms it.

Tier 1 · A manual transcript review
Self-review is subjective, and one conversation is not a pattern. Compare several finished chats before treating a repeated moment as a reliable finding.
